Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your service. If the therapist is available, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment without incurring a fee. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
